Territory: Agro Nocerino – Sarnese

A region cultivated since Roman times, Agro Nocerino-Sarnese is the heart of Campanian agriculture, known for its exceptional variety of renowned agri-food products.

This land is especially famous for the cultivation of Pomodoro San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP (Designation of Origin).

The area's volcanic soil and favorable climate enrich the crops with distinct organoleptic qualities, making them truly unique. This is where Conditalia SpA was founded and continues to grow, cultivating tomatoes with deep respect for tradition to deliver flavors rich in history straight to your shelves.

A Well-Organized and Efficient Production Chain

Phase 1: Receiving raw materials

Grown under the sun in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil of Agro Nocerino-Sarnese, Conditalia tomatoes are harvested at peak ripeness and transported to the cannery, ready for processing.

Phase 2: Washing

Before any processing begins, the tomatoes undergo thorough washing to remove soil and impurities. This stage also includes the first optical selection to ensure only the best tomatoes move forward.
